Knowledge, insight and implementation skills
During this 3-day training you will gain insight into the standards ISO 27001 and ISO 27002, the standards ISO 27003, ISO 27004 and ISO 27005 will be introduced and you develop an approach for implementation or optimization.
All components of chapters 4 through 10 of ISO 27001 will be discussed in detail, whereby coherence and flows will become clear.
The control measures will also be discussed. We will more on the method of selection and implementation rather than the technical aspects.
Using practical examples and templates, we will discuss the components of the standards.
Naturally, you will regularly get to work yourself, using your own work environment as a starting point. The results of the exercises will be discussed together, giving you inspiration for improvements.
We will discuss the different types of audits, audit results and follow-up of these results.
Finally, we go into Project Management (the technical management Management of Change (the people side of a change) and on the combination of PM and MoC when drawing up plans.
