In conflict coaching, we generally assist an individual in a situation where a conflict has arisen and one cannot (properly) deal with it oneself. Together, we analyse the situation, the interests and behaviour of all parties and then try to find a direction to arrive at an appropriate approach.

In these situations, we frequently bring in our practical experience and knowledge of (youth) care or IT.
