Basic Course Mediation

Mediation is a form of conflict resolution in which a neutral party, or “mediator” helps parties in conflict to resolve or manage their differences.

Mediation can be particularly well suited for conflicts between people who need to have continuing contact with each other in the future, such as a divorcing couple hoping to co-parent their children after divorce, or co-workers hoping to remain at their jobs despite disagreements. 

It may also help parties who do not wish further contact to end their relationship in as constructive a way as possible.

After a successful completion of the course you will be able to organize and lead a mediation in accordance with the so-called facilitative method, as a neutral and independent mediator, and you are prepared for both the theoretical and the practical exams of ADR International Register.

ADR Mentor Assessment Registered Mediator

The ADR Mentor Assessment offers candidate and associate certificate holders of ADR International Register the opportunity to become a full certified professional via a Mentor Assessment after following a professional training.

 The Mentor Assessment is a practical assessment based on a mentoring period of 2 consecutive calendar years.

 The candidate or associate professional enters into a mentor relationship for 2 calendar years with a full certified mediator or another professional approved by the ADR Register.

Getting Your Inbox to Zero

It takes less psychic effort to operate from a zero base than to leave anything sitting in the email inbox. That doesn’t mean that the inbox in email is kept at zero—just that it gets there on some regular basis (at least once a week in the Weekly Review).

The problem is that most people do not have a system for managing their emails beyond the inbox area, so if they can’t move on or finish dealing with the email right then, they will leave it in “in” as the safest place.

If your inbox is overloaded and email is taking over your working life, spend half a day with us and we’ll help you get it all under control.

This brandnew training course refers to Kotter’s Approach to Change, Prosci’s ADKAR model and to Organizational Behavior Management.

Managing Effective Meetings

This practical course will cover the skills needed to ensure that meetings are run effectively and help participants get more out of their meetings whilst spending less time in them!

The course will focus on the management of people, e.g. encourage quieter personalities to contribute, and time and the use of techniques to ensure that meetings produce real, measurable results. It also looks at behavioral issues to explain why meetings can be unproductive and lengthy and practical measures to remedy this.

Personal Branding is the practice of people marketing themselves and their careers as brands. While previous self-help management techniques were about self-improvement, the personal-branding concept suggests instead that success comes from self-packaging.

Personal Branding is essentially the ongoing process of establishing a prescribed image or impression in the mind of others about an individual, group or organization. Personal Branding often involves the application of one’s name to various products.
