This training lays the foundation for knowledge on organizational behavior, performance and how to influence both.
Basically it is all about learning the principles of how to “bring out the best in people”, a paraphrase of one of the founding fathers of OBM, Dr. Aubrey C. Daniels, PhD.

The training is intended for anyone who wants to get the best out of people, who has an eye for the environment in which performance has to be delivered and who is interested in the people you deal with.
There are no specific pre-requisites for attending this course.
Duration of the course and workload
The training lasts 3 days or 6 half-days.

Learning Delivery Method: classroom
Our expert instructors and study materials provide results-oriented, classroom training. The course includes a mix of instructor-led training and hands-on exercises to help participants understand and apply the principles of Organizational Behavior Management.
The group size per training is a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 10 persons.
This training course lead to the internationally recognized APMG exam OBM Foundation.
At the end of the training, a certificate of participation will be sent to you via email.

The study materials include handouts of the presentations and exercises, the book ‘Organizational Behavior Management – An introduction’ and a one-year access code for Knowingo, the online learning platform..
During and up to 3 months after the end of the training course, students will be given the opportunity to exchange ideas with our practice-experienced professionals about the possibilities and obstacles experienced during the application of the learned theory and skills and in carrying out the planned improvement actions.
The costs of the training materials are €349,00 (excl. VAT) per person.
The costs of the APMG exam are €299,00 (excl. VAT) per person.
The cost of the trainer is €1,095.00 per day, excluding VAT and any travel and accommodation expenses. These costs will be charged on a pro rata basis (with 10 students 10% per person will be charged on).
For public courses, the location and arrangement costs will also be charged on a pro rata basis. These will of course be communicated in advance.
