ITIL2011 Foundation

ITIL 4 Foundation

ITIL 4 expands on previous versions by providing a practical and flexible basis to support organizations on their journey to the new world of digital transformation. It provides an end-to-end IT/digital operating model for the delivery and operation of tech-enabled products and services and enables IT teams to continue to play a crucial role in wider business strategy.

ITIL 4 Certification scheme

The first release of ITIL 4 Foundation level has now launched (February 2019), with the following higher levels due for release in H2 2019. ITIL Master: 2020.

Project Management

PRINCE2 Foundation

PRINCE2® (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is a process-based approach for project management providing an easily tailored and scalable method for the management of all types of projects. The method is the de-facto standard for project management in the UK and is practiced worldwide.

WISP Foundation

WISP (Working In Small Projects) does away with the complexity of other frameworks better suited for full-time project management professionals – working on projects of varying, complexity and scale.

The streamlined guidance required to study for the certification comprises four stages and seven principles – covering all key stages of a project, written in simple language.

WISP is ideal for people whom project management is not their main profession – or for professionals needing to quickly understand how to competently deliver small projects.
